Chaotic Narcotics and Murder RP

Raven flinched as he was brought down along with Ran. "What the?!"

Elsewhere, blood flowed from the fountain at the center of the town square. A dead female body lay half in the fountain while someone stood under the water, washing the blood from his body and clothes. "Ah~ Much better," Game said before he hopped out of the fountain and adjusted his coat. He looked around and happily walked off.

Ran lashed out at her attacker, getting angry was a rarity, but something simply snaped in her and hot flames erupted in a vaulting typhoon infront of her.

Raven whistled at the flames. "Cool!"

"Just...get it off of me!" Ran said, tugging at the stilled hand that clung to her ankle.

Raven nodded and grabbed the hand's wrist before brutally snapping the hand off Ran's ankle. "Better?"

Ran sighed in relief when the hand was gone, and the blood started to pulse back into her leg. The owner of the hand - thank god they couldn't see in the dark, or else they would've seen the slowly dying corpse of an unfortunate undead man, singed to a crisp and twitching - Ran grinned at the sound and shoved out her foot, kicking the man squarely in the face. Another scream broke out, and then nothing as they heard a cracking of bones.

It echoed downward, but they could still hear a distant chuckle, like a nails on a chalkboard chuckle, and a singsong, "come and get me if you can, dearest Fire-Bird~" It was the sound of a record playing far, far downward, somewhere unknown to anyone but the speaker of the voice.

((hm, would this be Mr.Ripper speaking? sorry, but i had to do it, forgive me~)

Raven grinned slightly as he heard the voice. "So... Do we go down?" he asked Ran cheerfully.

(No problem~)

"B-but its a recording...atleast it sounds like it, i think we should leave...." Ran said, getting a sucking feeling in her stomach. In one part of her mind however, she noted that sticking a record down in the basement/sewer was such a waste. "he.....said my True-name, no one knows that name....However its in english..."

Raven glanced to Ran and smiled softly. "Okay then," Raven said before pulling himself and Ran up onto the floor above.

"You never ask questions do you? I never though i'd meet someone even more asocial then me!" said Ran.

Raven chuckled happily. "I make it a point never to question a lady's motives," he said politely.

Ran snorted, hositng herself next to him as they walked twoard the exit. The theater was in ruins, for some reason, the mob seemed to have done a good job at getting out, because the glass looked shattered from the inside and outside and the police were surrounding the entrance.

Raven whistled at the destruction and smiled. "Should we go through the roof to get away?"

Ran suppressed a smile at the wreckage and nodded.

Raven took Ran's hand and sneakily walked to the door to the roof. He glanced back and opened the door. He held it open for Ran to go first.

Ran had her monotonous expression back on, looking like a china doll as she trooped back into the night...".....you and i both smell like sewage and and burnt things." She suddenly clung herself to Raven's torso, feeling and looking like a koala bear.

Raven smiled and his feet crackled with static before he disappeared from the roof and reappeared back in front of Ran's house. "Whew, sorry if I went too fast," he said with a smile.

Ran stepped back unsteadily, head spinning so badly she was seeing stars, ".....i could....burn your hair to a crisp...."

Raven chuckled innocently but didn't say anything in fear of her doing so.

"So would you like to sleep here tonight? Obviously not in the same bed, but i could make one up for you on the couch," said Ran, she was aware that it sounded like flirting, but she simply was extending hospitality. She was! I'm not lying! she thought in her head.

Raven smiled softly. "That sounds great. I haven't slept in ages," he said with a chuckle.

Ran's face melted a little, then froze back up again, "come along then.." It took her only a couple of minutes to through together a bed on the couch, she nodded at him when she was done and flopped back on her own bed. forgot the last time shed been so sleepy.

Raven lay down on the couch and smiled before he closed his eyes. He instantly fell asleep.

Ran snorted awake the next morning, the sun was up and shining, and it was hot and sticky feeling in the place. "ahhhhh....''

Raven was still fast asleep as Ran woke up.
