Bast didn't bother to reply, instead jumping at him and firmly punching him in the gut, and she even heard the satisfactory breaking of ribs to boot!

Tyrir smiled at Bast. "Feel better?" he asked before grabbing her by the wrist. He gripped her wrist tightly and placed a hand over where she had hit. "Oh boy, that stung a bit..."

Bast smirked and broke the grip on her hand easily, lurching back on the slopping pole.

Tyrir rubbed the spot Bast had hit. "Hmm... Okay, all better. That would have definitely broke something if I hadn't reduced the force using reinforcement metals and the air. Now then..." Tyrir trailed off to clench his fist while holding his other hand up on guard.

Bast sighed like she was bored, and unimpressed, "magic tricks, or science tricks, it doesn't really matter nor impress me, boy." she said, as she swung a foot at his head and knocked him off balance, and opening up a gashing cut on is forehead from her boots.

Tyrir hit the ground and shattered. He grinned behind Bast with his palm up. "Zenshiki: Nullify!" he said before slamming his palm against Bast's back and hearing a loud crack.

Bast staggered as her spine was snapped, she tottered dangerously on the beam but didn't fall, but more poping and cracking noises insued and she spine was erected once more. But now she was pissed off. "that hurt," she said, before dispersing and reappearing below Tyrir, one hand hooked onto the beam and the other on his ankle, jerking him down to the next level and landing him head first.

Tyrir rolled around in pain as he clutched his head. "That hurt! Not!" Tyrir kicked his leg up, sending a blast of flames at Bast.

Bast easily retracted, hissing and glaring down at the boy. She shrugged her anger away, however, and jumped down on top on him, sending them both off balance and her falling painfully on the bronze beam below, "Offff."

Tyrir fell further and looked down to see a beam fast approaching. "Hmm... I guess tha-" Tyrir was cut off as he landed face-first onto the beam.

Bast took this opportunity (granted, she was still dizzy from the fall) to fall on top of Tyrir and throw him against the supporting beam, pinning down and cracking a VERY psychotic smile. Seriously, it looked like her face would crack in half.

Tyrir, a little disoriented, grinned slightly. "Are your feet hot too?"

"Nope, not at all," said Bast, leaning in a little too close for comfort. She did however, shuffle her feet, it was pretty hot down there compared to the freezing night they had.

Tyrir laughed. "Heat plus H2O equal..." Tyrir grinned and swiftly kicked straight up at the arm holding him down, freeing himself from Bast's grip. "STEAM!" he shouted and placed his hands against the heated steel behind him, unleashing a flood of steam that surrounded the tower.

Bast stumbled back a bit, disoriented from the steam, but got her grip on herself and lunged at him again, pinning Tyrir down and smashing her teeth into his jugular, smashing vital organs and bone all the way.

"Having fun?" Tyrir voice rang out in the steam as the dummy of him was smashed up against the beam. "It must be fun to be so strong, but you should take care not to exert yourself too much. By the way, pop quiz. What is steam?"

"Thats getting irritating you know," said Bast, whirling around, eyes darting around for Tyrir, " . . .evaporating water."

"Good. Now if something were to be added to the steam, say evaporated gasoline, what would happen?"

"Tha- Wait, How'd you get gasoline up here!?" Bast said, eyed widening, but not moving.

"Oh please. Gasoline comes from oil which is natural. And whatever's natural is made me the earth, right? And if it's made by the earth then it's a combination of periodic elements."

"I hear you talking, but all i hear is blah blah blah," said Bast, crawling like a monkey up the supporting beams to a higher platform. "its getting even more windy up here, wounder if it'll storm soon . ."

"Aw, don't be leaving now~" Tyrir said from within the steam before he raised his hands out to the side. "We're just starting to have a blast." With that Tyrir placed his hands down and a small spark left his hands, igniting the entire cloud of steam into a blazing fireball.

"How did i know? You and your flashy behavior, silly kid," said Bast, purring as the waves of heat from the fire hit her.

Tyrir stood on the beam above Bast while he held a hand out to the fireball. "I wonder how fast the city will burn," he said before the wind started to blow large embers from the fireballs down towards the city.

"Not sure, its all mostly wood, plaster, and stone, try your luck as best you can, if your only going to use magic tricks I'm done with you," said Bast, Jumping off the tower and useing the beams as giant steps, heading toward the Notre Dame, even if it was partially wrecked, it was still pretty. "My Lady . . ."
